Abuse and Neglect
Team Mission
Implement strategies that will prevent abuse and neglect in private health care facilities.
- Investigate abuse and neglect of people with disabilities in public and private residential facilities

Access and Rights
Team Mission
Increase access by people with disabilities to services, programs, and facilities open to the public and reduce discriminatory barriers in voting, employment and housing, especially in rural Utah.

Public Policy
Team Mission
The Disability Law Center (DLC) bases its public policy on the belief
that Utahns with disabilities have the constitutional right and responsibility
to be full participants in society. The DLC's legislative agenda is informed
by our organizational mission, values, and priorities and goals, and formulated
with guidance from the Board of Trustees and input from our clients and
constituents across the state.
